My path to real estate wasn't a straight line, and honestly, I think that's what makes me better at it.

Before earning my license in 2017, I spent 29 years in the construction and concrete industry. Those decades taught me things you can't learn in a classroom: how to read a property with a critical eye, how to communicate clearly when the stakes are high, how to stay steady when things get complicated, and above all, how to take serious care of the people counting on you. I brought every bit of that into real estate, and I haven't looked back.

Nine years in, I can tell you this: real estate, done right, is never really about the house. It's about the life someone is stepping into.

I'm not chasing production numbers or trying to be everything to everyone. What I am is fully present with every single client I work with, whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've loved for years, or searching for land with room enough for horses and a dog or two.

I serve buyers and sellers across Merrimack County, New Hampshire, including Northfield, Tilton, Canterbury, Loudon, Salisbury, Franklin, Sanbornton, Belmont, Concord, and the surrounding communities. Every one of those towns has its own character, its own pace, its own kind of beauty. I know them, and I love them.

My favorite part of this work is finding the precise intersection between what a property offers and how you want to live your life. I call it a lifestyle lens, and it applies equally whether you're looking for wide-open acreage, a historic New England colonial, a low-maintenance condo, or a farmstead with a barn out back.

My connection to rural New Hampshire runs deep. I share my life with horses and dogs, and I understand the unique language, logistics, and needs of farm and land properties in a way that most agents simply don't. But I am just as committed to helping clients find a city loft, a curated condo, or a home steeped in New Hampshire history,  because different dreams deserve the same level of heart and expertise.

Rooted in New Hampshire

Outside of work, my world revolves around my family, my husband, my kids, their spouses, and my grandson Greyson Theodore, who already has us all wrapped around his finger. We spend as much time outdoors as possible: trail riding, four-wheeling, kayaking, snowmobiling, and taking full advantage of everything this state has to offer.
